Virtual Book Club

Virtual Book Club Starts TONIGHT!

I don't know about you but I have always wanted to be part of a Book Club. But it was hard finding a solid number of people I knew who would want to read the exact same book and discuss it once a month. Now with the wonder that is the inter-web I have the chance!

May is Chick Lit Month!

Recently Read:

Dangled Carat by Hilary Grossman; SUCH a fantastic read. I believe every woman out there can relate to this biography about trying to convert a commitment-phobic man they are seriously in love with. Give Your Heart a Break by Helen Peterson; It took me a while to finish this novel NOT because it wasn't good, but because of a busy schedule. When I finally did complete it I found myself wanting a sequel! Absolutely LOVED this 'chick flick' novel. The Girl on The Train by Paula Hawkins- Loved this. Just loved it. If you are a fan of Gillian Flynn you'll love this too. A Questionable Friendship by Samantha March- Every woman, or girl, out there has lost a friend. And that loss can often times hurt more than a break up with your significant other, especially if that was a friend you have known for decades. About Me!

I’m a writer.

Or now I suppose I can say that I am officially an Author.

I write woman’s fiction, and I try to dabble in other genres.

I’ve been writing since I was in high-school, falling in love with a rather popular series written by Sophie Kinsella that starred a hilarious woman by the name of Becky Bloomwood. I’ve been reading since I was a little wee one but it was this series that pushed me towards a paper and pad.

I wish I could say that I’m a full time writer, but unfortunately that is not the case. I'm a mother of two, a wife, a HUGE animal lover (cat and dog person-I swear you can love both equally! Why most there be a divide?!), a nerd when it comes to graphic novels, all things tea and I've been told I can be a bit of a wine-snob.
